Shipping & Delivery Policy


1.1 Local Shipping

1.1.1.     aims to get your order to you within 1-4 working days from the date the order is placed.

1.1.2.              Local shipping is free for all cosmetics, accessories, handbags and other items weighing less than 2KG.

1.1.3.              Bulky items (ie. Furniture etc.) weighing more than 2KG will be subject to delivery charges based on its size/weight. Self-collection is recommended for bulky items.

1.1.4.              Orders will be efficiently delivered by our local delivery partner, Ninja Van – the trusted express delivery service in Singapore.

1.1.5.              In the event that no one is at home during delivery, the courier will make the necessary arrangements to either schedule another delivery or have you collect your parcel at the nearest SingPost office.


1.2. International Shipping

1.2.1.              We provide international shipping, with a basic shipping charge of $5 and above, depending on size/weight of the items.

1.2.2.              International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures at the respective countries which may cause delays in delivery.


1.3. Notifications

1.3.1.              We will issue timely notifications to keep you updated with your order status via email and/or SMS notifications.



2.1.     After your order has been shipped, you may track them here on Select ‘Your Orders’ to find your tracking information in your order details.

2.2.     If you have purchased multiple items in your order, each item may have separate information with regards to its delivery dates and tracking details.

2.3.     Some shipments, such as standard international shipments, may not be trackable.
